As I continue to revise my next novel, Lucy--a modernization of E. M. Forster's A Room With a View, about American backpackers in Italy, my obsession with all things Italian just gets more and more intense. So I was thrilled to hear that Italian singer Patrizio Buanne was coming to Bethlehem, PA--a mere two hours from where I live, but I never let distance keep me from a concert I'm dying to see.
Patrizio just oozes talent and Neopolitan charm. And after the show he came out to sign CDs. Sadly, we're blurry here, but you can see how happy I am!

Leila Roy reviews Catherine for Kirkus: "As in Jane, Lindner changes the outer trappings of a familiar story while still preserving the bones and spirit of the original, and, also like Jane, it isn’t at all necessary to have read Brontë’s book to wholeheartedly enjoy this one."
